Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at keepgoingco.shop@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review it.

If your item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
